Lifetime Warranty on Our Cables: All cables manufactured by us are covered by a lifetime warranty. If a cable we have made breaks at any time, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

No Warranty on Externally Sourced Items: Items sourced by us from other companies do not carry a warranty unless expressly provided by the original manufacturer. However, we are committed to assisting you with any issues that may arise with such products.

Payment Policy: Payments must be made at the time of placing the order. We cannot commence the sourcing of materials or production until payment has been received and confirmed.

Non-Refundable Payment: All payments made for orders are non-refundable. Once payment is received, we initiate the process of ordering materials immediately. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed once the payment has been made.

Right to Use Images of Builds: We reserve the right to post pictures of all of our builds on social media, our website, and any other platforms or media we see fit. By placing an order with us, you consent to the use of images of your build for promotional purposes.

Effort to Meet Deadlines: We strive to meet all deadlines and typically do so without issue. However, please note that we are reliant on delivery times from third-party suppliers, and unforeseen delays can occur that are beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays promptly and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Changes to Specifications: If the specifications of a build are altered after a quote has been provided, the cost of the build is likely to change. We meticulously price our rigs, ensuring that every component, down to the smallest cable, is accounted for. Consequently, any modification in the specifications will result in an adjustment to the final price.

Estimates for Imported Goods: For goods imported from outside the UK, the initial quote provided is an estimate. Due to the complexities involved, including fluctuating exchange rates, shipping costs, and import duties, it is challenging to determine the exact total cost. While our extensive experience allows us to provide fairly accurate estimates, please be aware that the final cost may vary from the initial quote.
